A day in the life.

So yesterday was grand! Elizabeth and I hit the road for a little outing to Lafayette, to visit the new location of Souvenir, a darling French Apartment Shop! Their new location is wonderful.

Imagine how delighted I was to see our friend Chickie there! Chickie was there with Sofia and Stella after a sewing class at ThimbleCreek. I hope you can zoom in and see their adorable pillows. (I ♥ Chickie)

The shop is just layer upon layer of wonder! Very fun and very inspirational! It was a lovely day.

That's the kind of shop you could spend hours in, and husbands wouldn't get it! Great pictures. Thanks.

What a magical place! How do I not know of this place? And I was just in Lafayette! Pam... you need to write a travel and shopping guide. "Map is Pam Spelled Backwards". It's for the greater good.

I agree with Monica! I cannot wait to check out this store! I could almost hear the Parisian music floating through the air. Almost. Not that crazy. yet.

Hi Pam, I love this post, such pretty photos too. I wondered where such a cute shop was, then I read it's in my own town ?!! I'll have to get over there.
Tell me the flower in the woman's hair is not in the painting (image #3). That painting is too funny.

OK I stopped by this store today and lost my mind. and some $
Absolutely adorable. I am obsessing over some earrings I did not buy, but I know that they will not stop haunting me till I go back and buy them. They package your loot into cutest gift bags, black with white polka dots. I wanted to move in.
